Terms of Service
The operating rules for using HireNow Lanka as an employer, worker, or visitor.
Marketplace role
HireNow Lanka helps employers and workers publish listings and contact each other. The platform does not employ workers, guarantee job offers, or become a party to agreements made between users.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, keep contact details current, avoid misleading listings, and follow applicable Sri Lankan employment, tax, safety, and payment laws.
Listing moderation
Listings may be edited, unpublished, or removed if they appear fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory, spammy, or otherwise harmful to the marketplace.
Payments
Paid listings become visible after payment confirmation. Failed or disputed payments may cause a listing to be unpublished until the payment issue is resolved.
