How HireNow Lanka handles account, listing, payment, and contact information.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to create accounts, publish job posts, publish worker profiles, process payments, and help employers or workers contact each other. This can include name, phone number, email address, listing content, payment status, and basic transaction records.
How information is used
Account information is used for sign-in, support, moderation, and listing ownership. Public job details are visible to visitors. Worker profile contact details are kept behind the access rules configured in Supabase and should only be shown where access is allowed.
Payment records
Payments are processed through PayHere. HireNow Lanka stores payment status, amount, payment identifier, and the listing connected to the transaction so paid listings can be activated and support can resolve payment issues.
Data requests
Users can request account corrections or deletion through support. Deletion requests require manual verification because listing and transaction records can affect active marketplace activity.
